KanbanCal and its product design, software, and branding remain the property of the service provider. You keep ownership of the content you upload or create in your workspace.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, KanbanCal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may revise these Terms of Service as the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
